My sports Journey with BYSPORT
I started riding my bike after an accident in my right arm since 2023, Fate played a role in knowing not only my coach but also my big brother Captain Bahaa youssef He introduced me to the Triathlon world, He believed in me in a time I didn’t believe in myself that much, He literally took my hand in the perfect time I needed this.He introduced me to the team coaches whom are so professional and dedicated in this sport.
Day by day I see my progress Not only in sports but also in my life and how to believe in myself. I learned that consistency and discipline can make miracles come true, I learned to face all the hard things with a heart full of trust , I learned how to manage my time, How to eat healthy, How to sleep enough ,How to recover properly And how to take care of my body functionality by strengthening and improving my muscles.
With them I raced my first national race in my life, With them I raced my first elite Africa races and had a world ranking, With them I ran my first half marathon and a Full marathon with 42.2km running which was a big dream and With them I raced my first IRONMAN 70.3 distance which was insanely impressive I couldn’t believe that I made it -Together aiming for the Full ironman ان شاء الله
